While not directly involved in Keystone XL, we know that what is good for our neighbours is good for BC -- and all of Canada

Statement by Conservative BC leader Trevor Bolin regarding the Keystone XL pipeline:

“We are disappointed in the recent revelations that incoming U.S. President Joe Biden is rumored to be ready to cancel the Keystone XL pipeline, and instead hope that he will have an in-depth conversation with the proponents, as well as Alberta Premier Jason Kenney.

While our province is not directly involved in this project, we know that what is good for our neighbours, is good for BC -- and all of Canada.

We support Alberta Premier Jason Kenney’s request to President Elect Biden to allow the project to continue and ask Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his Ministers to work with their US counterparts to ensure this project, which will benefit both of our countries for decades, gets completed.”
