We will change how ‘politics’ is done, and through a ‘people first’ priority regain the trust of British Columbians says Conservative BC leader Trevor Bolin

Our platforms and policies were written by everyday hard-working British Columbians, people young and old, people who have made BC their home all their life, or who have come from afar to build a better life

A statement from BC’s Conservative leader Trevor Bolin:

Today is the final day before British Columbians from all across this province vote for the candidate, and platform, they feel best represents them, now and for the next four years.

For the last month I have been asked along the campaign trail, ‘Why me and why the Conservatives after this long?

The answer was one from my heart, ‘It’s always been about the people.’

Our platforms and policies were written by everyday hard-working British Columbians, people young and old, people who have made BC their home all their life, or who have come from afar to build a better life; people who truly believe the system, broken as it is, can be changed through a Made-In-BC plan.

With 19 candidates running in ridings across the province, we know that after all the votes are counted, we won’t be able to change the world. Here, however, is what we do know:

With BC Conservatives in the legislature, who are listening to the real needs and concerns of the people they represent, the days of an ‘Us vs. Them’ old party system will come to an end.

We will change how ‘politics’ is done, and through a ‘people first’ priority we will regain the trust of British Columbians in their Government; something which has been lost over the last three decades through a two-party system.

That is something our elected MLA’s will be proud to champion.
