VERNON BC- The BC Conservatives say that it's time for politicians in BC to stop wrecking the provinces' economy with high taxation, attacks on the resource sector, and a ridiculous trade war with another province.
"The BC GreeNDP has barely been elected and yet they've already closed down mine projects, announced the destruction of the cannabis growing industry, and are planning on raising taxes even further on gas," said Scott Anderson, Interim Leader of the BC Conservatives. "Not content with that, they're now setting about destroying our wine industry as collateral damage in a completely avoidable trade war with another NDP government in another province by trying to attack our oil industry as well. VERNON BC- Scott Anderson, Interim Leader of the BC Conservative Party, today demanded that the GreeNDP government allow craft cannabis growers to compete with government sources.
The BC GreeNDP has announced that all cannabis stores will have to buy product directly from government sources instead of sourcing product from private growers.Read more

The BC Conservative Party demands better for the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC), by reforming it in order to reduce insurance rates for BC drivers.
This week ICBC posted a net loss of $935 million for first nine months of the fiscal year. The public auto insurer is projected to have a $1.3 billion net loss this fiscal year. Attorney General David Eby referred to the mess at ICBC yesterday as a "financial dumpster fire".Read more
